Unhappy with your item? Don’t fret! You have 7 days from when your item(s) were delivered to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. Items without original tags will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Sale items:

Items that are on sale are final and may not be returned under any circumstances.

Returns:

Please send your returned item(s) to the return address above and we will send you an email when your package has arrived at our warehouse. We highly recommend that the customer track the package to ensure it has arrival to the OMOGE warehouse. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Once your return is received, it takes between 3-10 business days for us to process your order and send out a confirmation email.

Kindly note that returns do not include shipping charges.
